Let’s Get Crafty with Geek Girl Brunch Raleigh!

Geek Girl Brunch Raleigh has been getting crafty! We headed to Moon Dog Meadery to enjoy some locally made mead and made bath bombs with Honey Be Naturals. The ladies walked us through the process and enlightened us with tales of how they first started creating all natural products. Step by step they guided us through the process and passed around scent sticks so we could decide which essential oils to add into our bath bombs. We ended up making some fabulously smelling bath bombs!

But that’s not all! The following month Geek Girl Brunch headed to New World Café to create some chocolate treats just in time for the holidays. One of our fellow geek girls taught us how to make colorful chocolates out of white, dark or milk chocolate. We had the option to add in caramel and coffee beans as well. And when our chocolates were complete, the café provided us with coffee paired to the different chocolates. We sampled the various chocolates with coffee and it was amazing how each tasted!
